Do I need to bring anything?

Answer

Nope! Nothing is expected of our guests besides good vibes and happy times. Oregon in August can be hot and sunny (or rainy). So long as it is not raining hard, the ceremony will be held outside so please come prepared, we will do our best to keep you cool and refreshed!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We have no issues with kids attending. Alcohol will be served throughout the event. If you're ok with your children being around us and alcohol, then they are more than welcomed!

How far is the venue from Portland?

Answer

It's roughly a half-hour (30-minute) drive without traffic from downtown.

I don't want to stay in downtown but I want to be near by. Is there any other places?

Answer

Any of the surrounding cities is great! Nik is from the suburbs, specifically from Beaverton, which is about 20-25 minutes away from downtown Portland. It's a great central location to everything in the area. Whenever we're visiting his family or anyone in portland, we typically stay in an Airbnb in the Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro area.

What kind of food options will there be?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour with heavy hors d'oeuvres immediately following the ceremony. Dinner will be buffet style. There will be vegan and gluten free options as we understand that some families have dietary restrictions. We'll even provide vegan+gluten free desserts!

Is there alcohol?

Answer

We will be serving alcohol. There are some stipulations with their bar: no shots, no BYOB, and Wine may be brought in for a corkage fee of $20 per 750ml bottle. Violation of these rules will cause us to have to pay additional fees for your actions. Please drink responsibly and designate a sober driver!

Is there a registry?

Answer

No, we do not have a registry. We have lived on our own and have a fully stocked home. We are saving up for house renovations and our honeymoon!
