FAQs

Question

What Date Should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 14th so we can get your s'mores & pinot ready.

Question

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

Please check the Travel & Lodging tab to see lodging options.

Question

When Do You Recommend Booking Our Lodging?

Answer

We recommend booking as soon as possible! If you plan to stay onsite, please visit the Travel & Lodging tab for the link to reserve your tent. If you’re booking a hotel, we suggest doing so soon, as September is a very popular wedding month in South Haven!

Question

What Airport Do We Fly Into?

Answer

We recommend Grand Rapids or Chicago. Please note that Chicago is about a two-hour drive, so you’ll want to plan for a rental car or to ride with a friend.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! The Fields has a large on-site parking lot. All cars can be left overnight. For Hotel Nichols & Old Harbor Inn, parking is available for free and 24/7 in any South Haven public lot. Lots are clearly labeled and surround Hotel Nichols on Quaker Street and Williams Street.

Question

What is Rally in the Alley?

Answer

The day-after party. A laid back, come and go event in downtown South Haven. With live music and direct access to The Idler Riverboat and Warner Vineyards, it's the perfect spot to grab lunch, a glass of wine or just come hang. There will be shuttles to and from the Fields.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We’ll have shuttles running Friday and Saturday between downtown South Haven (Hotel Nichols & Old Harbor Inn) and The Fields. If you’re staying elsewhere, just a heads up that Uber/Lyft are very limited in the area, especially later in the evening. We recommend planning transportation in advance or coordinating a ride with other guests!
