Summer 2021 — We Met We met while working as soccer coaches for Riverfront Sports in Scranton. Neither of us knew it then, but this was just the beginning. October 2021 — The First Ask Niko asked Jamie out… and she said no. (In her defense, she had just gotten back from celebrating her 25th birthday in Nashville and may have still been recovering from one too many birthday drinks.) Later October 2021 — The Coffee That Changed Everything After a chaotic coaching day when a 5-year-old "accidentally" kicked over Jamie’s coffee, Niko showed up with a replacement. The rest, as they say, is history. Fall 2021 — Our First Date Our first “date” was chaperoning a group of teenage girls at Roba Family Farms. Romantic? Debatable. Memorable? Absolutely. December 5, 2021 — Officially Us This is the day we officially became “us.” 2022–2023 — Long Distance Era For about a year, we made the Jersey-to-Scranton drive work while building a relationship that quickly became worth every mile. January 2024 — New Adventures We moved to Beaufort not knowing it would become one of our favorite places and one of the best adventures we’ve shared. April 2024 — Charleston Chapter Next stop: Charleston — where we fell even more in love with coastal living, good food, and life together. October 2024 — First Apartment Together We got our first apartment together in Lancaster and officially started building our home together. August 2025 — Homeowners We bought our first house together — a huge milestone and the start of many DIY projects to come. October 2025 — Big Celebrations First, we threw an unforgettable 30th birthday party for Niko. Then later that month, Niko proposed in Charleston before surprising Jamie with all of our family there to celebrate. Now — Our Favorite Chapter Yet Since then, we’ve been making our house a home, tackling projects together, spending time with family and friends, and planning the best day of our lives. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!
