The Moxy holds a special place in Owen's heart: it was the last project his grandfather, Papa (aka Jerry, aka Big A), developed before he passed away in 2019. Papa was not just Owen's grandfather, he was one of his closest friends and his most trusted confidant. Living in both Nashville and Huntsville, Owen had the privilege to share countless memories with Papa growing up: from regular meals at home and during college ("let's get you a little petrol, grandson"); to watching many a football game or movie on the couch by his side; and even getting out on the tennis court as doubles partners (and winning a couple milkshakes for 6-0 set wins: Papa's favorite part). Living a few blocks away during the development process of The Moxy meant Owen also got to see Papa in his arena: a construction site. He got to help out by capturing drone pictures throughout the excavation and strategizing with Papa and his Uncle Greg on the name and marketing for the attached apartment complex. Owen had the privilege to tour the property with Papa shortly before he passed away, and he wants to share this meaningful space with each of you. Papa would be so happy that his hard work and exacting attention to detail played a part in his eldest grandson's wedding weekend.
