We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We kindly ask that you leave the little ones at home.
If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Please feel free to ask us if you would like to bring a plus one.
Your wedding invitation includes an RSVP card and a pre-stamped envelope. We kindly ask that you mail us your RSVP cards by August 1st at the latest.
No need! You'll be able to order your preferred meal tableside at our dinner reception on the day of the wedding.
Absolutely! You can expect a seasonal fall salad served as the first course in addition to a vegetarian option included as a main course.
We kindly ask that you please show up in cocktail or formal attire.
We offer some suggestions on our wedding website for Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan hotels. The Foundry is ideally located right over the Queensboro Bridge and is an easy drive from Midtown Manhattan, a short drive over the Pulaski Bridge from Brooklyn, and walking distance from hotels in Long Island City, Queens.
We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or hailing a yellow cab to get to the venue from your hotel. If you prefer to travel by subway, you can take the 7, N, or W to Queensboro Plaza and walk the 5 to 10 minutes to The Foundry.
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM on Thursday, September 14th. We kindly ask that you please arrive at the venue no later than 4:15 PM.
You are more than welcome to contribute toward our honeymoon fund, which you’ll find on our wedding website under "Wedding Registry." Or, if you prefer to give a gift at the wedding, we will have a place for guests to leave gifts and cards.
Because NYC offers a multitude of hotel options at various price points and locations, we decided not to block off any rooms at a particular hotel. If you need suggestions on where to stay, please refer to the "Plan Your Visit" tab of our wedding website.
