While we greatly appreciate the gesture, our ceremony and formal parts of the reception are unplugged (device-free). We have hired a dedicated photographer & videographer duo who are very familiar with our venue, and we do not want devices in the professionals' way ruining the photos and videos we have paid for. Please understand that there are no exceptions to this rule. Selfies and group photos during the reception are perfectly fine, but please take extra caution to avoid devices in front of the cameras. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
RSVPs should be received by Wednesday, September 30th, 2026.
To help keep our ceremony peaceful and distraction-free, please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early. The venue will open at 2:30PM and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00PM. Entry will be restricted once the ceremony starts to avoid disruptions. This will be an unplugged ceremony, so please silence and put away all devices during this time.
Dress code is semi-formal. Avoid wearing white, ivory, pink, green, or orange as these are the wedding party colors.
Plus ones are included on your invitation or we have reached out privately to confirm your plus one. Due to venue limitations we cannot accommodate additional guests.
Please see the "Travel" tab to view our recommendations for hotels and cabins.
Please include any food allergies or dietary restrictions you have on your RSVP under the "Rehearsal Dinner" and "Reception" sections.
There is extensive parking available on the gravel drive behind the cabins. Please do not park past the cones or on the grass.
Anyone who drives down on Friday is welcome at the rehearsal dinner, not just the wedding party. Please RSVP if you will be there! Additionally, we will be hiking on Sunday, November 1st in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Hot Springs, and the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg. All are welcome on the hiking excursion!
