Ryan and Nikki enjoy drinking Ranch Waters on this classic patio! With smokey hummus, rattlesnake sausage, and good vibes, Woodshed is a great place to grab a quick meal or drink. Please note, this is mostly outdoors, and smells like campfire smoke (but is so worth it!).
In the heart of the Stockyards, you'll find shopping, food, and drinks! Our favorite spots are: Second Rodeo Brewing, Paloma Suerte, Cowtown Winery, Sidesaddle Saloon, and the Biscuit Bar! Can't forget Shake Shack...
Known for its "Texas" vibes, Reata rooftop is a great place to grab a drink (make sure to call ahead and make sure they're open). This is where Ryan asked Nikki's parents for their blessings in marriage.
With lots of little shops and boutiques, Sundance Square is a great little area of downtown Fort Worth. Some of our favorites are Del Frisco's Grille, Pete's Piano Bar, and Melt Ice Cream.
Cattle drives are held daily at 11:30am and 4pm. Ensure you get there early so you have a spot to see! Watch the Fort Worth Herd cattle drive from the sidewalks and restaurants on East Exchange Avenue.
Take a stroll up and down the Trinity River! Very close to Woodshed - grab a refreshing Topo Chico after a nice walk!
A "new" outdoor shopping / dining area, you can catch some Houston vibes here by dining at B&B Butcher's. A lot of small stores and fun places to walk around! Press Cafe is a great, casual, cafe that is home to many bikers and walkers emerging from the Clearfork trailhead.
Looking for post-reception fun? West 7th is always a lively bar scene.
Another great post-reception option, though less "clubby" than West 7th.
Take a walk around the best DFW university! (Sorry, Ryan..) Rumor has it that there is an endowment SOLELY dedicated to filling the campus with fresh flowers every 2 weeks!
Walk around the stockyards and enjoy a piece of the Wild West!
