Is there parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking. You will park, then walk down to ceremony site. There will be a golf cart for any guests needing assistance.

Question

My GPS said that I have arrived, but it's definitely not the venue. What do I do!

Answer

Please don't worry, and keep driving down the path. You will see signs leading to the venue. Once you see the Walden Retreats Sign, you have arrived. You will still have to drive down a mile or so before reaching the venue. Don't worry, just keep driving and follow the signs. HAHA!

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire. Jewel Tones are strongly encouraged, I would love to see the bold colors! Examples: My Ladies Attire - Long Dress (Velvet or Bling) Men Attire- Suit and Tie

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It's January... in Texas... so we have no idea! The average is in 60s. The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outdoors. The Reception will be inside, nice and warm. We will have hand warmers, blankets, and heaters just in case.

Where should I stay overnight?

Answer

We have room block with the Venue, a total of 15 Tents, so please book early if you will like to stay on property. I've listed a close resort nearby you can stay and there are tons of Airbnb's in the area. Make it a weekend get-a-way!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as I love little nuggets, this will be an ADULT ONLY wedding. Take the night off and make it a date night.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

You will not be able to leave your car on property over night so please plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony, meaning only the photographers and videographers will be able to capture the ceremony. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You will have it noted on your wedding invitation if you will have a plus one. RSVPs will be needed to ensure space for inside. RSVP's will open on the website in November following your invitation.

Do you have a Registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift you can give to us! If you choose to want to leave a little something on our wedding day, we will have a card tray to help us with our honeymoon excursions, Thank you!
