FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests RSVP no later than May 8, 2026. To RSVP, click on the RSVP tab in the menu above and enter the name listed on your invitation.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Although the ceremony begins at 4:30pm, we request that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the official ceremony start time so you have ample time to enjoy refreshments and music and find your seat before the proceedings.

Question

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue which provides a large parking lot at the entrance.

Question

Will the celebration take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by a cocktail hour in the ballroom, and an outdoor tented reception. All outdoor events will take place on a patio.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage guests to have fun with their dress by wearing cocktail attire that’s bright and colorful. Suggested attire for women includes mid-thigh to midi length dresses and jumpsuits. For men, this includes suits or blazers and dress pants. Need some inspiration? Visit our Pinterest board: pin.it/5ti04IKuR

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we appreciate that our friends and family are excited to capture this special moment, we kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony so that everyone can remain present with us.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

In an effort to keep this an intimate event with our closest family and friends, we will only be able to accommodate those guests formally addressed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to enjoy this evening as a well-deserved date night!

Question

What travel arrangements are available?

Answer

For travel details, please visit the “Travel” page. Quick note for those traveling by plane: Philadelphia will be hosting a FIFA World Cup match on June 19, 2026, which may result in increased air, road, and hotel congestion in the area. We recommend avoiding Philadelphia in your travel plans, if possible, and scheduling flights through Lehigh Valley or Newark Liberty airports.
