I first noticed Nikki back in high school. Although we didn’t really talk at the time—we were both dating other people—she stayed in the back of my mind as a quiet crush for years. Eventually, a mutual friend who knew how I felt brought us together, and we started spending time with each other here and there. From playing Words with Friends and exchanging Instagram likes, to smoke sessions and trips to Disneyland, our connection deepened over the years.
