We know everyone will be arriving from long planes, trains & automobiles, so the first night is all about relaxing, catching up, and settling into Italy. We’ll be hosting a very casual Mehndi (henna) evening at the Borgo Tre Rose. Henna artists will be there for anyone who’d like to have a small design done!

Indian Festive attire is encouraged. Nikki will be in an orange colorful lehenga, so feel free to lean into colors!
The Sangeet is all about music and energy! We’re hosting a buffet-style dinner with an open bar to keep the spirits high. Expect an evening filled with performances and, eventually, a packed dance floor. We’d love to see your moves! We highly encourage groups of friends and family to put together a short dance performance. We can assist with forming groups and will schedule choreography over zoom closer to the wedding.

Since we have an early start, it will likely be quite warm. Please dress accordingly for the heat! Formal Indian attire is preferred, but keep breathable fabrics in mind.
It’s the big day! We’re starting things off with the Baraat - the groom’s grand procession. Expect plenty of music and dancing as Mihi makes his way to the ceremony. Traditionally, Indian ceremonies can be long and are often intimate family affairs. However, we are opening ours up to anyone who would like to witness the rituals!
