This is where we will be having our rehearsal dinner, as well as where we are suggesting our guest stay. We have established a wedding block on specific homes at Bear Lake Reserve. All guests booking homes for our wedding will receive a 10% wedding discount. The minimum night stay is 2 nights. Your check in and check out dates 2. Number of adults and children 3. And if you prefer pet friendly options. They require a 50% deposit at time of reservation. The minimum night stay for wedding guests is 2 nights. Your guests will receive a 10% discount off the nightly rate for each night booked. Check-in time is 4 PM. If you plan to host any events at or before 4:00 PM, guests must check in a day earlier. We try our best to accommodate requests, however we can never guarantee early check-ins in advance. Nightly rates typically increase as event dates approach. Blocking a home does not secure an official reservation and does not lock in nightly rate. Nightly rate will be calculated based on the date a booking is confirmed.

This hotel is about 26 min from the Venue, and is right on the river. Offers breakfast and is only a 10 min drive from city of Silva that has lots of cute restaurants and shops. They said that October is very busy that time of year and rooms will fill up fast so to book ASAP.

This hotel is about 20 mins away from the venue in Sylva. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by as well as a Walmart right across the street. October is their busiest time of the year and rooms will sell out fast. They already have a block on some rooms for another wedding and there is a college football game that same weekend so be sure to book your room ASAP.

This hotel is also in Sylva right next to the freeway about 20 mins from the venue. Rooms will be newly renovated but same as everything in the area October is a very busy month and places sell out fast so book your stay ASAP.

This is a small hotel in Sylva about 20 min from the venue. They have a good rating but dont have many rooms so book ASAP.

Asheville Regional Airport is the easiest for domestic flights into Asheville. They offer direct flights out of La Guardia and Atlanta International Airport.
