We absolutely love children and are so happy to celebrate with the little ones who are included on the invitation. While we wish we could extend the invitation to all our guests’ children, we are keeping the celebration more intimate and are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed in your invitation and RSVP section of the website.
Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at Residence Inn Phoenix Mesa East. When booking, mention our wedding for a discount.
We kindly ask that gusted arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins - that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say “ I do “. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm and want to makes sure no one misses a moment.
Yes, parking is available on-site for all guests during the event. However, overnight parking is NOT permitted at the venue. We kindly ask that you plan transportation accordingly. If you are thinking about enjoying a few drinks(and hope you do!), we recommend using a ride-share service or arranging a safe ride home in advance.
Oh yes-we’re having a full open bar! Come ready to sip, toast and celebrate with us. We’ll be serving up cocktails, beer, wine, and a few signature drinks we can’t wait for you to try ( hint : prickly pear margs and palomas! ) Please drink responsibly and don’t forget to plan a safe ride home-good times are even better when everyone stays safe.
