Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. We kindly ask for no jeans, sneakers, or any colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as whites, creams, or ivories. As well as no deep purples as that is reserved for the wedding party. Any additional questions may be directed to the bride or groom.

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

You can access directions to the venue on the schedule tab right here on the website, As well as from the address listed on your invitation!

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

General parking is available via the lot located onsite. For any guests who may need additional assistance there will be a shuttle service via golf cart from the parking lot to the ceremony location, As well as ramps for accessibility!

Question

What will your Wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 2:30pm lasting a duration of approximately 30 minutes ending at 3:00pm. From there we will begin our cocktail hour and dinner portion of the evening. Last but not least, we will move to our reception for the remainder of the night ending at 8:00pm!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow for appropriate seating.

Question

How will seating work for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! However, we ask please allow for family to have the first few aisles. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

Question

What do i do if i am late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 2:30 pm. We recommend guests arrive between 2:00-2:15 so there is plenty of time to mingle and find a seat! If you happen to be late, we will have someone there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in, or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you there! Thank you for understanding!

Question

May i take photos of the ceremony?

Answer

Out of respect for our hardworking Photographers, Videographers, and Bride and Groom, this will be an unplugged ceremony. Not to worry there will be plenty of photo opportunities during the reception!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we cannot predict an exact forecast, we hope for warmer weather during this fall season. We recommend that our guests prepare to bring coats to stay warm if we experience colder weather. Our ceremony and reception will also be taking place indoors.

Question

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

If not instructed with “ plus one” or “& guest” on your invitation we ask you please only rsvp for yourself. Due to limited space in the venue, we unfortunately could not accommodate extra guests for everyone.

Question

Can i bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and party with us on our special day!

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will take place in the same location indoors!

Question

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour along with an open bar, including a special cocktail menu, and followed by a buffet-style dinner and dessert.
