Sometimes the best love stories begin in the most unexpected places. For Kit and Nikki, it started over a game of pinball at the Rec Room. They happened to be playing at two machines right next to each other. In pinball, when you score big the machine pops and sometimes awards a free game, and Kit kept hearing Nikki’s machine go off. He finally looked over and wondered who the girl next to him was that kept winning free games. It was so loud with people, music, and all the fun that night that they could barely hear each other, but they still managed to talk between games. After a few minutes, Kit asked Nikki if she would like to join him for a drink, and from that moment on something special began. Since that night they have been inseparable. Their relationship is built on laughter, fun, a true best friendship, and a deep love for one another. Along the way they built a life together that also includes Nikki’s beloved dog, Lulu, who quickly became part of their little family. Their family would not be complete without the feed store kitties. Ringo was there when Nikki first met Kit, almost like he was supervising the whole thing, and later a kitten named Ravioli found his way into their lives as if he was always meant to be part of the family too. Together, Lulu, Ringo, and Ravioli bring endless playfulness and love. The Rec Room will always be special to them, which is why they chose to celebrate their reception there. It is the very place where their story began, and they love that the people who mean the most to them will be celebrating in that same spot.
