Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 1, 2025.

Question

When should I arrive in Italy?

Answer

Our wedding in Italy is on Friday, May 15th, and we can't wait to celebrate with you! To ensure everyone has enough time to settle in and adjust to the time difference, we've put together a few recommendations for when to arrive in Grottaminarda. We'll be arriving on May 10th to get everything ready. If you're a part of the bridal party, we kindly ask that you plan to arrive in Grottaminarda by eod Monday, May 11th. We'll have some special festivities planned for you starting then! There will be room blocks available for you starting Monday, May 11th. For all other guests, we recommend arriving by Wednesday, May 13th. This will give you a couple of days to relax, explore, and get comfortable before the wedding day. We will have room blocks available at the listed hotels in the Travel & Accommodations section starting Wednesday, May 13th. You are welcome to leave any day after the wedding, and we recommend taking advantage of the long weekend if possible. We're so excited to welcome you to Italy!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for you to join us in your finest black-tie attire! Think elegant and sophisticated. For gentlemen, that means a tuxedo or a sharp suit with a bow tie. For ladies, a formal evening gown or a chic cocktail dress would be perfect. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore all the children in our lives! To allow everyone to fully relax and enjoy the celebration, we've decided to have an adults-only wedding, with the exception of children in our immediate family. We hope this gives you a chance to have a wonderful evening out.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy and celebrate with us, so the drinks will be flowing all night. And for our guests who prefer not to drink, we'll have a fantastic selection of non-alcoholic options available, including mocktails, juices, and soft drinks, so everyone can party with us!

Question

Is there transportation or parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For your convenience, we'll have free parking available at the venue if you choose to drive, or you can take advantage of our complimentary bus service from the hotel; either way, please celebrate responsibly! There will also be free parking at the hotels listed in the Travel & Accommodations section.

Question

Will the wedding events be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

You'll enjoy the best of both worlds! Our celebration will flow beautifully between indoor and outdoor settings. The ceremony will take place outdoors, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Afterwards, we'll move inside for the aperitivo, dinner, and sweet moment, with each part of the reception held in a different elegant room so you can experience the villa to its fullest. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to step outside onto the grounds throughout the evening, as there are plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy.

Question

Are there any events the day before the wedding?

Answer

There will be no events on Thursday, May 14th before the wedding. Please take the day to enjoy the area and do as you wish! The bride and groom will be enjoying a relaxing day with their immediate family and close friends.

Question

Do you have a gift registry or recommendations?

Answer

The greatest gift for us is simply making the trip to Italy and having you there to celebrate our special day. Your presence is truly all we wish for!
