Please RSVP by January 15, 2026.
Our wedding in Italy is on Friday, May 15th, and we can't wait to celebrate with you! To ensure everyone has enough time to settle in and adjust to the time difference, we've put together a few recommendations for when to arrive in Avellino. We'll be arriving on May 10th to get everything ready. If you're a part of the wedding party, we kindly ask that you plan to arrive by eod Monday, May 11th to attend the Bachelor/Bachelorette festivities on Tuesday, May 12th. There will be room blocks available for you at the Villa we are staying at starting May 11th. Please confirm with the bride and groom when you plan to arrive and how long you would like to stay. For all other guests, we recommend arriving by Wednesday, May 13th. This will give you a couple of days to relax, explore, and get comfortable before the wedding day. We have listed nearby hotels and options available in the Travel & Accommodations section of our website. We're so excited to welcome you to Italy!
We'd love for you to join us in your finest black-tie attire! Think elegant and sophisticated. For gentlemen, that means sharp suit with a regular tie or bow tie. For ladies, a formal evening gown or a chic cocktail dress would be perfect. The wedding party will be dressed in light blue satin dresses and black suits with black ties. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!
To allow everyone to fully relax and enjoy the celebration, we've decided to have an adults-only wedding, with the exception of children in our immediate family.
Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy and celebrate with us, so the drinks will be flowing all night. And for our guests who prefer not to drink, we'll have a fantastic selection of non-alcoholic options available, so everyone can party with us!
There will be coordinated transportation for the immediate family and wedding party only. For your convenience, we'll have free parking available at the venue. You can either drive to the venue or take a taxi, which you can find more information on in the next question. There will also be free parking at the hotels listed in the Travel & Accommodations section for your convenience.
Since it is such a small town, Uber is very limited and will be more expensive to order. However, you can order taxi service through downloaded apps "appTaxi" or "FreeNow".
You'll enjoy the best of both worlds! Our celebration will flow beautifully between indoor and outdoor settings. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the garden grounds of Villa Regina. Afterwards, we'll move inside for the aperitivo, dinner, and sweet moment, with each part of the reception held in a different elegant room so you can experience the villa to its fullest. The staff at Villa Regina will help guide us all to each room, and you'll also have the opportunity to step outside onto the grounds throughout the event, as there are plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy.
There will be no events on Thursday, May 14th before the wedding. Please take the day to enjoy the area and do as you wish! The bride and groom will be enjoying a relaxing day with their immediate family and close friends.
