If you happen to make it a weekend getaway, DuPont State Forest is between the ceremony and reception sites! It is filled with gorgeous hiking and biking trails, and waterfalls!
Just a short drive away is Brevard, NC. This is one of our favorite places! Stop by for some great food and really cute shops on Main Street!
The Blue Ridge Parkway is one of the most beautiful, scenic drives around! If you have never hand the chance to take a drive on it, we would say it is well worth going a little out of your way! Such AMAZING views! The hikes nestled along the parkway are also fantastic!
