Welcome drinks

For those of you travelling on the Friday Easy jet flight you should arrive at the Chateau around 10.30pm so we can have a few drinks to welcome you all before the big day :)

Our Wedding Ceremony
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
We will be married underneath the trees where it will be shaded, it should be low to mid 20's and hopefully lovely and sunny! There is no dress code, we want you all to feel comfortable and enjoy your day so the men can wear smart shorts if you wish
Champagne & canopes
2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
After we have tied the knot it will be time to celebrate with bubbles and canopes
Speeches then sit down meal
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
From 5pm it will be time for the speeches except Stokoe as he doesn't want to do one, don't think he is being rude when he says a 3 second thank you to you all for coming... :) After speeches we will then sit down to a 2 course meal Steak with sweet potato mash & a red wine jus will then be served followed by a selection of desserts. Please can you let us know if you would prefer the vegetarian option
After Party

Time to throw some shapes and dance till dawn! There is no end time to this party, apparently its tradition for French weddings to go on well into the wee hours....

BBQ

We expect everyone is going to be delicate the day after the Wedding so what better way to sort yourself out than to get back on the wine in the sunshine. BBQ food will be served from 2pm

Bus back to Bordeaux

After we have checked out of the chateau, we have arranged for a bus to take us all back to the city centre. Bordeaux is beautiful and as its your holiday too its up to you guys if you want to spend some time there alone/together or spend it with all of us. We will find a place where we can chill, go for a few drinks and have a nice meal before everyone heads home.
