Dress code is black-tie optional. Ladies come in a floor length or cocktail dress and gents dust off your tux or come in a suit. We will be outside so prepare accordingly.
During the ceremony, we would like everyone to put down their cellphones and be in the moment with us. After we say I do, take as many photos as you want as long as you share with us!
There will be parking at the venue house. If the house lot gets full there is additional street parking along Bridge Street. If you are staying at one of the hotels with a room block, shuttles will be provided so you do not have to drive. You are free to use these shuttles even if you are not staying in the hotel.
We will have two shuttles. One from the Pleasant Bay Village Resort, and the other from the Chatham Seafarer Inn. Anyone can take these shuttles. They will be leaving promptly at 3:10, 3:30, and 3:50 to ensure everyone gets there by the 4:00 pm ceremony. Please do not all wait until the last shuttle! Shuttles will also continue to run from 9:30-10:30 so everyone can get home safely.
Keep your fingers crossed it doesn't! But if it does, everything will still take place at the venue with some tweaks.
Although we love kids, unfortunately we can not have everyone bring their kids. Unless your invitation says "and family" we ask you leave your kids at home and enjoy the night out!
Unless your invitation says "and guest" we ask that you not bring any extra people. Due to space limitations we can not accommodate additional people.
