What should I wear?
Answer
Smart-casual or "garden" attire. We recommend comfortable pants, a long or short sleeve button down shirt, and flowy dresses. The event will be on the grass lawn, so plan accordingly when choosing your shoes. It will be very warm!

How do I get to and from the event?
Answer
We are providing two shuttles, each making two round-trips between Hood River and the venue. Shuttle to Venue: Pick up 1 - 2:30 at Hampton Inn Hood River and 2:40 from Full Sail Brewing downtown hood river Pick up 2 - 2:45 at Hampton Inn Hood River and 2:55 from Full Sail Brewing downtown hood river Shuttle from Venue: Early Departure - TBD time Departure 1 - 8:00 pm Departure 2 - 9:45pm

If I drive to the event, how do I get to the venue and where should I park?
Answer
If you prefer to drive to The Orchard, it is about 10 - 15 minutes from downtown Hood River, and Google Maps will now direct you there. Please be sure to arrive no later than 3:10PM to allow time for parking and finding your seats. The address is 2124 Highway 35, Hood River. The venue provided these directions: From HWY 84 take HWY 35 toward Mt. Hood. You will pass Pearl’s Place on the right and as you get closer to the Gorge White House there will be two blue signs on the right (one for The Gorge White House and one for Mt. Hood Winery). Take the driveway on the right after the second blue sign and next to the mailboxes with the numbers 2120, 2122 & 2124 on it. There will be a sign that says “The Orchard Weddings and Events" on the farther side of that driveway. Head down that orchard road until you reach the first left-hand turn onto a gravel farm road with another sign that says 2124 <— and 2120, 2122 on it, go down that just a bit until you see a building on your left and that's it! Self-parking is available at the venue but is limited to 67 parking spots. Attendants will guide you to the guest parking area. If you drive, we recommend getting there early to allow time for parking.
