Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP and type your name, you will see if you have a plus one! If the specified plus one on your envelope is unable to attend, they may NOT be replaced by a different person. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our closest friends and family.
We love your little ones! However, unless your invitation is addressed as " The XYZ Family" and they are listed when you RSVP to the event, we would love for y'all to enjoy a kid free date night!
We are asking our guests to please RSVP by August 1, 2024. If we do not get a RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to vendors in the timeframe they have given to us. We cannot accept late RSVP's due to this.
Please do not arrive any later than 3:45 PM so that we can start the ceremony promptly at 4:00.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting semi-formal attire. Please no white/ivory clothing or jeans. Ladies, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be in grass. So keep that in mind when deciding on certain heels!
As long as the weather permits, we will be having the ceremony outdoors with the gorgeous view of the sound. Cocktail hour will take place in the lawn. The reception will be in the covered pavilion. If rain decides to make an appearance on our special day, it will all take place in the pavilion.
Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, seltzers and champagne. Liquor is not permitted at our venue.
Duhhh! We hired the absolute best DJ so be ready to shake that ass once the toasts are done!
