April 1st if possible so we can get final numbers to our vendors.
We will have a golf cart available for guests who might have difficulties making the walk from the parking lot to the Trails of Africa area at the back of the zoo.
The ceremony will start at 6 pm. Please give yourself enough time to get to the back of the zoo and find a seat. The zoo itself closes at 5 pm so there is plenty of time to get settled and visit before the ceremony will start.
The elephants will be out on the yard during the ceremony and reception. We will also have zookeepers bring out small animals during the reception so guests can take pictures with them!
The zoo closes at 5 pm, so the parking lot should be empty when guests arrive at the entrance to the zoo.
Maps of the zoo are available online if guests need a visual aid. Once you enter the zoo, go right around the large lawn. You should see an entry way for the Trails of Africa. On the map, you should head to the area that says "Wild Burger" and "Safari Peak."
We are asking guests to dress semi-formal.
