The brides and wedding party will be staying at Hayes Mansion San Jose, Curio Collection by Hilton located at 200 Edenvale Ave San Jose, CA 95136. You are more than welcome to book a room here as well! Other hotels nearby include: -Hampton Inn San Jose Cherry Ave -Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose South
We are asking guests to arrive between 4pm-4:30pm. Feel free to stop by the bar for a drink (on us!) and choose your seat as you arrive. Ceremony begins at 5pm.
Yes, please park in the first lot marked as “Guest Parking.” Once you’ve parked, stay nearby—one of the staff members will come by in a golf cart to give you a ride up to the venue.
Our dress code is formal. We’d love for guests to dress in elegant, polished wedding attire. Think suits, ties, gowns, or elevated cocktail dresses. Our overall theme is earthy and soft. Guests are welcome to wear neutral tones such as shades of brown, sage green, pink, mauve, and other earthy hues. While these colors are warmly encouraged to complement our wedding palette, they are absolutely not required. We kindly request that guests do not wear white, ivory, cream, or similar light shades reserved for the brides!
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception and dancing will be indoors, but guests are able to have indoor and outdoor access as the bar and lounge areas will also be outdoors.
Please only bring a plus-one if your invitation specifically includes one. If your invite includes a guest, you’re welcome to bring them; otherwise, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.
We love your little ones, but this will be an adults only celebration—except for children who are part of the ceremony. We want everyone to have fun and fully enjoy the day with us!
HELL YESSSS! There will be an open bar throughout the whole wedding, so help yourself to drinks all night long!
We’ll be serving buffet style, so there will be a variety of options for everyone to enjoy. If you have any questions or specific concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
We kindly request no physical gifts. For those who wish to contribute, we will have a honeymoon fund available. A QR code and card box will be located on our welcome table.
