Question

What is the Wedding Day Timeline?

Answer

3pm - Wedding 3:30pm - Cocktail Hour 4:50pm - Dinner Our ceremony will be at 3pm, please try and arrive early so we can start on time. We are planning an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. There will be a cocktail hour to follow the ceremony. The reception will take place on the property in the reception barn.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Rental cars, Uber or Lyft can be used to get to the venue. We will have transportation available from the venue back to the Embassy Suites at 8pm and 9:45pm. If you are driving out to the venue, a map is linked in the schedule as well as the address. When you get to the venue, there will be staff out to tell you where you can park. Cars CAN NOT be left at the venue. If you leave your car at the venue you will be paying the overnight fee.

Question

Is there a cocktail hour before the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be having a cocktail hour before our ceremony. We want everyone to get to the venue safely and to enjoy themselves, but we want everyone to be present for our ceremony. You can not bring your own alcohol on to the property. We will be providing our own alcohol at the provided times. Please be respectful of the property and our day.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As early as possible, but we would like everyone to provide an answer to the RSVP no later than July 15th. Our vendors and venue require a 30 day heads up of our final head count. If you can not make please be sure to go on and click ‘will not be attending’. If you do not RSVP by this time, we will reach out, but you will be counted as a ‘not attending’. Thank you!

Question

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

Yes, please, and thank you! We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us, but please wear what you will be comfortable in. We would like cocktail attire that is tasteful and fun. We are planning to have an outdoor ceremony, which means we will be out on the grass so choose your footwear with that in mind. For any confusion on interpretation of “tasteful cocktail attire” we want everyone to feel comfortable at our wedding so please just dress tasteful and modest, so no shorts, aggressive necklines, etc. - Chris

Question

Do we have a registry or can we bring gifts?

Answer

We just wanted to focus on all of our friends and family having a great time, so we do not have a traditional registry. Because we and so many will be traveling for the wedding we ask that no one brings gifts. If you feel compelled to give anything, we set up two informal funds for honeymoon flights and a home gym set-up and will have a card box available by the guest book. If you absolutely want to give us a gift, we ask you have it sent to the address on the invitations. We don’t expect anything and will be tremendously grateful for anything beyond your company! Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

We are asking our friends and family to use our wedding as a ‘Date Night’. We are not inviting any children to our wedding. If you have an questions please let us know.

Question

Are animals allowed?

Answer

No; Due to the fact that our venue is a working ranch, NO outside animals are allowed on the property. Service animals are allowed as long as they are leashed and stay with the owner the whole night. Please do not leave your animals in your vehicle.
