Travel Note

*IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENT* Real ID

The US government has announced that starting in May 2025, all citizens will need a Real ID OR THEIR PASSPORT to travel by air. This is very important, so make sure you have a Real ID or bring your passport if you plan on flying.

Flight

Provo (PVU) on Breeze Airways

Provo is a smaller regional airport that Breeze Airways offers direct flights to from John Wayne/Orange County, San Francisco, and Phoenix. This is our preferred way to travel to Utah, and we recommend guests check if they can fly to Provo with Breeze Airlines from their local airport. The same goes for Allegiant Airlines, which may have more route options and also flies into Provo. About 40 minutes from downtown Park City.

Flight

Salt Lake City Airport (SLC)

Large international airport accessible from anywhere in the United States. Transportation to and from Park City may be easier to arrange from here than Provo if you do not plan on renting a car. About 40 minutes from downtown Park City.

Hotel

Main St Park City

We will not be doing a Room Block so instead have a list of rec's below with prices and pros/con. The list below goes in order of what we believe is the most convenient and cost effective.

Hotel

Marriott's Summit Watch

780 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060

This is our top hotel recommendation! The shuttle will pick you up and drop you off here for the wedding, and it’s in a prime spot—right in downtown Park City, so you can walk everywhere. No need for a car or Uber once you’re here. Pros: Great location, affordable, and a clean, no-frills stay. Cons: The only downside is the 3-night minimum. If you’re staying for three nights, we highly recommend it! Cost: $250 per night. **Please note you DO NOT need to be staying here to use our Shuttle for the wedding day. It is just the pick up and drop off location so consider how far away you want to be from here. It should not be an issue getting an uber to and from this pickup spot.

Hotel

Marriott's MountainSide

1305 Lowell Avenue, Park City, UT 84060

This hotel is also centrally located in downtown Park City, so you won’t need a car or Uber to get around. It’s the sister hotel to Summit Watch, so if Summit Watch is sold out, this is the next best option with the same 3-night minimum stay. Pros: Great location, close to the shuttle pick-up/drop-off. Cons: 3-night minimum stay. Cost: $250 per night.

Hotel

Treasure Mountain Inn

255 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060

We haven’t stayed here ourselves, but it’s right in the heart of downtown with a cozy, mountain-lodge vibe. Instead of standard hotel rooms, you’ll be renting a condo, but it still operates like a hotel with a front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and all the usual amenities. Plus, it’s the most affordable downtown option on our list! Pros: Budget-friendly, great mountain feel, and a walkable downtown location. Cons: 3-night minimum and condo-style accommodations instead of traditional hotel rooms. Cost: $150 per night.

Hotel

Hotel Park City, Autograph Collection

2001 Park Avenue, Park City, UT 84060

This is the nicest hotel on our list so far! It’s about 1.5 miles from downtown Park City, so you’ll need to Uber to get into town and to/from the shuttle drop-off. What it lacks in convenience, it makes up for in quality. Pros: High-end accommodations, quieter location away from Main Street. Cons: Not walkable to downtown, so Uber is needed. Cost: $350 per night.

Hotel

Sheraton Park City

1895 Sidewinder Drive, Park City, UT 84060

Similar to the Park City Autograph, this hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Main Street and a solid choice! It offers nice accommodations at a reasonable price, with no minimum stay requirement. Pros: Affordable, well-appointed, and flexible booking. Cons: Not located directly on Main Street, will need to Uber to shuttle pick up. Cost: $260 per night.

Hotel

Washington School House Hotel

543 Park Avenue, Park City, UT 84060

This boutique hotel is just one block off Main Street. It has a 2-night minimum stay, and rates are around $500 per night in June, so it’s on the pricier side. Pros: Prime location, close to Main Street. Cons: 2-night minimum, on the pricier side. Cost: $500 per night

Hotel

Deer Valley

If you’re looking to really treat yourself, Deer Valley is the place to be. Options like the Montage, St. Regis, Waldorf Astoria, The Chateaux, Deer Valley Resort, and Auberge offer top-tier luxury. Many of these hotels offer free transportation into downtown Park City, so you can skip the Uber. Just keep in mind, you won’t be able to walk to downtown events. Pros: Luxury accommodations with exceptional service. Cons: 3-5 miles from downtown events and shuttle pick-up, very expensive. Cost: Rates vary, but expect to pay at least $500 per night.

Other Ideas

Airbnb and VRBO are always options too. Use the Marriott Summit Watch as a reference point to figure out how far you are from the shuttle pick-up/drop-off. If you have questions about a property, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll help you figure out if it’s in a good spot. Just keep in mind that you’ll likely need a rental car for groceries and other essentials. Hyatt Place Park City: This is a simple, clean business hotel. It’s affordable at around $150 per night, but it’s 4 miles from downtown, so you’ll need to Uber to get around. It’s located between two villages, so there’s not much around it. Canyons Village: Canyons Village is separate from Main Street and where our events will be, about a 10-15 minute drive away. Because of the distance, we don’t recommend staying here, but if you do, there are plenty of hotel options. Black Rock Mountain Resort: This hotel is much closer to the ranch, but it’s about 20 minutes outside of Park City. If you’re planning on having a car, and prefer a quieter spot, it’s a great choice. However, the shuttle doesn’t stop here, and getting an Uber back to this hotel at night can be tricky. Rates are around $350 per night.

Rental Car

Shuttles/ Ubers

There are several shuttle companies that run services from Salt Lake City Airport to Park City. We don’t have specific recommendations, so we suggest doing some research to find the best option for you. Keep in mind that most hotels in Park City do not offer shuttle services to and from the airport. Alternatively, you can always use Uber for a more flexible option. Even if you’re not staying at the Four Seasons, they offer a shuttle service from Salt Lake City to Park City, which we recommend looking into. Once you’re in Park City, everything will be walkable (depending on where you stay), so it might not be necessary for you to rent a car unless you plan on exploring. ***Note: This shuttle is only available if you’re flying into SLC airport.

Rental Car

Turo/Hertz

When we travel to Utah, we prefer using Turo (the mobile app) to rent a car. It’s usually more affordable and much less hassle than traditional rental companies. Both Turo and Hertz are available if you’re flying into Provo. If you’re flying into SLC, your rental car options are endless!

Hotel

The Caledonian by All Seasons Resort Lodging

751 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060

This hotel is also right on main st offering great convenience and walking distance to/from the shuttle pick up location. Pros: Location, Affordable Cons: N/A Price: ~$275/night
