Are children allowed at this event?

Answer

While we do ask that we keep the ceremony adults only, children are welcome at the reception. If you have any questions about this please let us know so we can accommodate you

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know in advance if you or anyone attending with you have allergies or dietary restrictions. There will definitely be vegan and dairy free options, although the choices will be more limited than what’s available for people who eat everything. We’re trying to provide a wide variety of foods and treats, so let us know what you need and we’ll be happy to accommodate!!

What food will be there?

Answer

We’re planning on having a variety of options! In addition to a barbecue food truck and dumpling truck, we are going to have a wide selection of salads, snacks, fruits, and treats. We’re sure there will be something for everyone, but if you need something special please reach out to us as we are happy to accommodate.

Yes, we believe that most people, including those with disabilities and limited mobility, will be alright getting from place to place at the venue. If you have any concerns please reach out

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We’re keeping it summer casual. It’s a hot time of year and we want everyone to be comfortable. Be aware with your footwear choice, that the event is at a farm and there are several places where you will be walking through grass and dirt (or mud if it’s rained recently). We also recommend you bring a sweater or jacket if you plan on staying late, as it can cool down a lot after nightfall. If you have any questions, let us know. The ceremony and reception are outdoor and in the barn so it’s not temperature controlled. Please dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony commences at 4:00pm so a reasonable time before that works. Give yourself time to walk from the parking area to the barn and get settled in. If you’d like time to chat and explore before things start, you’re welcome to come a little earlier

There is a parking area that will be clearly marked once you enter the property

We ask that only those named on your invitation envelope attend. We’ve planned around a certain guest count and cannot accommodate more. Please let us know if you have any concerns

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Outdoor and in the barn! There are many beautiful locations and places to relax on the property, but most are outside. There will be tents and a fully covered barn in case of rainy weather

Can I wear white?

Answer

If you want to, sure! We want all of our friends, family, and guests to be as comfortable as possible. We know it’s a hot time of year and white can help us stay cool. You’re more than welcome to wear white, off white, ivory, or light colored clothing if it suits you. Just please no bridal style dresses
