Lots of people have already made their room reservations! We have added rooms to our block and will continue to do so. Please call the listed number to speak with Carrie (clance@miningexchangehotel.com) to ensure booking a room in our block. We are in contact with the hotel, and will continue do our best to accommodate our demand should it surpass what we've reserved, but we have to put that ol' disclaimer out there that we can't guarantee rooms for everyone! So: book early!

Arrival by Plane

Denver International Airport is the largest airport in the area (about 1.5 hours away from Colorado Springs). There is also a smaller airport in Colorado Springs, though it is more prone to delays in the winter.

We will have shuttles leaving from the Mining Exchange Hotel. Return shuttles available at varying times back to the Mining Exchange. You will have the chance to let us know whether you will need a shuttle ride on your RSVP
