Shuttle from Main Hotels to Venue
May 10, 2025 4:30 pm - 4:45 pm
A shuttle will run from the hotels to the venue before and after the event, Prior to the event one bus pick up from each hotel: Home2Suites: 4:30pm loading; 4:45pm departure Renaissance: 4:30pm loading; 4:45pm departure Returns will be to both hotels, so guests do not need to worry about getting on the wrong vehicle. Buses will leave at 10pm, 10:30pm, and 11:15

Renaissance Hotel at Patriot Place
Located in Patriot Place, Nikki & Will will be staying at this hotel. Follow the link below to the Renaissance Hotel at Patriot Place for the hotel block. This hotel will only give the discounted rate if you are planning to stay 2 nights (9th and 10th) The shuttle will arrive at 4:30pm and leave promptly at 4:45pm.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Walpole Foxboro
This hotel can accommodate either 2 nights (9th & 10th) or 1 night (the 10th) at our discounted rate. We are planning to have the shuttle run from this hotel to the venue. Please note that check-in is at 4pm and the shuttle will probably be picking 30 minutes after. This hotel is down the road from Patriot Place/where Will & Nikki will be staying. The shuttle will arrive at 4:30pm and leave promptly at 4:45pm.
Travel Note
Parking at Lakeview Pavilion
For those driving to the venue, Lakeview has plenty of parking. Please park in the spots saved for Nikki/Will which will likely be on the right side of the venue. You are allowed to leave your car overnight for those who may need or want to.
Flight
For Guests Flying
Foxborough is equidistant to Boston's Logan Airport and Providence's TF Green Airport. We recommend checking out both airports to see which option is cheaper. Public transportation via public transportation possible but sparse, especially on weekends (the commuter rail train does NOT stop in Foxboro on weekends). We would recommend transport via car: either a rental car or uber/lyft. For those interested in carpooling, please let Will & Nikki know and we can help coordinate for those interested.
