Why did we pick Puerto Rico? This island offers so much from laid back public beaches to hikes around waterfalls. No passport needed as this a U.S. Territory.
We will be flying directly from Minnesota to Puerto Rico on May 11, arriving in the late afternoon. Our plan is to rent a condo very close to the Marriott. Please feel free to stay where it suites you. San Juan is a walk friendly city but also offers many modes of transportation. As far as currency the use US Dollars as this is a U.S. territory.
