Question

How should guests dress for your event?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal or black tie optional. We kindly ask that our guests wear either black or forest green go bring the theme of wedding to life. If you have a particular outfit in mind that does not match this colour scheme, please message Nikita to confirm it is acceptable. While we understand that this is a strict dress code, we want to ensure that our photos are cohesive and appreciate your understanding in advanced.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors ?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be located indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30. Guest who arrive later than 4:00 PM will be asked to wait until after the ceremony has finished before joining the rest of the guests for the reception

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we understand that bringing a date is always a fun way to add to the celebration, we have ultimately decided that we are opting for a more intimate celebration. For this reason, we politely ask that you only bring the individuals included in your invite.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We completely understand food restriction allergies and for this reason we have found a caterer that will be offering an option for individuals with gluten sensitivity. If you have severe allergies please let us know.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! When you arrive at the venue please turn into the parking lot located to your right. Alternative parking should the parking lot fill up can be located across the street and will be subject to availability as it is street parking.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have a toonie bar on location! Please bring change if you would like to drink to ensure our hardworking bartenders are paid for their time.

How Does the Bride and Groom Feel about the use of Phones?

Answer

While we completely understand that everyone wants their own special photo of the newly weds, we kindly ask you to disconnect and enjoy this intimate moment with us. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes of a phone free ceremony and allow our photographers to take care of things during our ceremony.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by December 1st, 2024 to ensure that we give an informed # to our venue. Please be advised that once you if you RSVP no for whatever reason, our venue will not be able to accommodate you if you change your mind and decide you want to come.
