When should I RSVP by?

Answer

18th March 2025 Please ensure you RSVP to all 3 wedding events so we are able to plan accordingly! The RSVP link will show as 5 events- this is because 2 'events' are the transport to and from the venue! Please also RSVP to this so we can keep track!

Are the Wedding Ceremony and Reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony and reception are all at the same place; Agreco Farm!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we hope you understand that we are unable to accommodate any additional plus-ones. If your partner is invited, they will be named on the invite.

Can I bring my children, or extra family member?

Answer

Unfortunately, we hope you understand, only those named on the invite will be able to attend the wedding events.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Pre-Wedding Event at Cavo: Smart Casual. Men: Please avoid shorts. Wedding Day: Formal Wedding Attire. Men: please avoid shorts Post-Wedding Event: 'Beach Boho Chic' (Smart Casual Beach Club Attire- think linen shirts, bright colours, summer dresses, floaty fabrics!!)

Is there transport to Agreco Farm (Wedding Venue)?

Answer

Yes! Transport will be provided to and from Agreco Farm on our Wedding Day. Transport will leave from and return to Creta Palace Hotel. If you would like a space on the coach, please ensure you have booked a place via the RSVP page. If you are not staying at Creta Palace Hotel over the wedding weekend, you are still welcome to book a space on the coach, however, please ensure you are at Creta Palace Hotel in plenty of time. You may find it more convenient to pre-book your own taxi.

Is there transport to Cavo (pre-wedding event) or Caretta Caretta Beach Club (post-wedding event)?

Answer

No! Please ensure you have pre-booked taxis to and from Cavo. Cavo will be able to book you a taxi home, however there may be longer wait times. Caretta Caretta Beach Club is attached to Creta Palace Hotel, so for those who choose to stay at the Hotel over the wedding weekend, you can wander down to the Beach Club! If you are not staying at the hotel, we would recommend you pre-book taxis. The Hotel will be able to assist with taxis home at the end of the night.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3pm. We kindly ask guests to be seated by 2.45pm.

Is there parking at any of the wedding events?

Answer

Cavo: They have their own car park should you wish to drive! We would recommend getting a taxi, or if you are staying in the Old Town, it is approximately a thirty minute walk. Agreco Farm: we are confirming with the venue if there is parking available on site. We will update this question once we hear back! Caretta Caretta Beach Club: There is parking at Creta Palace Hotel

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any special dietary requirements!

Will there be a formal dinner at Cavo (pre-wedding event)?

Answer

Our Welcome Drinks will be hosted at Cavo. We are really looking forward to catching up with everyone and welcoming you to Crete, before the big day! There will not be a sit-down formal dinner, however we will be arranging lots of nibbles to enjoy!

What should we expect at Caretta Caretta Beach Club (post-wedding event)?

Answer

We will be hosting a final celebration on Saturday night at Caretta Caretta Beach Club! There will be free-flowing wine and beer to enjoy, alongside some canapés, whilst we watch the Sunset and have another boogie! We would recommend having a late lunch, and top up on Canapés!

What will Nicky & Frank be doing on Saturday Daytime?

Answer

We will be staying at Creta Palace Hotel, and all guests are welcome to book here if you choose. On the Saturday daytime, we will be nursing our (likely) hangovers around the pool and reminiscing about the day before! We will no doubt be needing a 'hair of the dog' to get us prepped again for Saturday Night at the Beach Club!

Do we have to leave Cavo at 10.30pm?

Answer

No! We will be leaving by 10.30pm to ensure we are well rested before the big day, but Cavo will remain open until late, if you do wish to stay for a couple more!

Are there any Supermarkets near the Beach Front Hotels?

Answer

Yes! There are multiple local supermarkets along the main road where the BeachFront Hotels are located. They are very cheap and perfect for a picnic lunch/booze for your hotel room!

Who painted your beautiful wedding invitations?

Answer

A Special Thank You to Val Fsadni (Nicky's wonderful aunty!) who hand painted our beautiful wedding invitations, we absolutely love them and we are so grateful!
