Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30th, 2022. If you do not RSVP by then, you're welcome to come but please bring a chair and a sandwich!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding starts at 4:00pm sharp and the I Do's start at 4:30pm sharp so please arrive around 4:00pm to find parking, mingle & find seating. IMPORTANT: This is an UNPLUGGED ceremony. Please do not take pictures during this time. We have a fantastic photographer who will catch everything and we will be happy to share the photos with you.

Is it an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The wedding is outdoors! The ceremony is on golf course and the reception is under the large lit up pavilion looking over the pond.

Are there hotels near us?

Answer

Yes! There are hotels 11 minutes away. Please take a look at our travel page to find ones closest to our venue. There are also lots of Airbnb's near us. Make sure to book soon if you are looking for a hotel or Airbnb as there is a large event (Boots N Hearts) happening the same weekend.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is lots of parking on site beside the ceremony. If you are in need of a Golf Cart to transport you to your seat, please let the bride and groom know.

Question

What if I'm a little too... tipsy.. to drive?

Answer

If you've had some fun and can't drive, please leave your car at the venue and we can help you call a cab to come and pick you up. Please make sure you come pick up your car by noon the next day. Please take a look at our Travel page for recommended cabs.

What if I need a plus one?

Answer

If we forgot to add your significant other or if you have a newly blossomed relationship, please reach out to us and we will add them to the guest list. We want to keep our wedding small and intimate with our closest friends and family so plus ones will only be given out to those with a significant other.
