In 2022, during deployment, our paths crossed thanks to a mutual friend and from that moment on, everything changed. What started as a simple introduction quickly turned into something undeniable. We became inseparable, sharing long days at work and unforgettable moments exploring new countries together during port stops. After returning to Norfolk, VA, our connection only grew stronger. We built a home, a life, and a love that felt meant to be. On January 1, 2026, he asked me to spend forever with him and with a full heart, I said yes. Now, we’re counting down the days until April 17, 2027, when we get to say “I do” surrounded by the people we love most.
