Unfortunately this wedding was planned before the devastating events of Hurricane Helene and current wildfires. Our wedding venue and the surrounding areas have seen destruction that will take years to recover from. At the moment, there are no changes to our wedding or any of the events. However, people have lost lives, homes, and more. We will be taking things day by day and will keep everyone updated. Thank you for your understanding.
We are happy to spend any and all time with our guests. However, we know that a full weekend of activities may not be possible for everyone. Please indicate on your RSVP if you will not be able to attend certain events.
While they are there for your convenience, you do not have to stay in the cabins to enjoy the weekend with us! We know that bunk beds are not in everyone's favor, but what camp isn't complete without a sleepover?!
The dress code is formal for the ceremony on Saturday. We want you to look your best, but also feel your best. Ladies, think nice dresses and sandals. Gentlemen, think suit jackets but you can ditch the ties.
Each individual invitation will include the name/number of people who we hope will be able to share the day with us. If there is not a name/plus one spot, please do not bring an extra guest.
As stated above, each individual invitation will include the name/number of people who we hope will be able to share the day with us.
Please see the below for information regarding staying on site.
We have reserved 8 cabins that are broken into 3-4 floors. Each floor can sleep up to 10 people. If you would not like to utilize the bunk beds, the each floor sleep 5. If you know that you are interested in staying on site please reach out sooner rather than later. If you would like to be grouped with your family and friends, please let us know so we can book you together. All cabin inquiries can be directed to Amanda Wojcik.
These open air cabins will transport you back to your childhood. Each cabin has bathrooms and showers inside it with paper products and soap stocked. Linens and towels are NOT provided. If you are traveling and would like to bring your own, we encourage it. If you are not able to, or would not like the hassle, the cost would be $30 per person for both linens and towels to be provided.
There is limited parking near the cabins and lodge which we would like to save for those who may need their vehicles for mobility issues or only joining for the ceremony. For those staying at the camp, there is staff parking north of the tennis courts where you can leave your car for the weekend.
