This is a drive down the north east coast that has been recommended by a few people. If you drive the whole loop non-stop, it takes about 5 hours. If you want to stop on the way making it a full-day trip or you can drive part of the way. There are so many waterfall hikes, forests, lava tubes, and beaches. Recommended beaches are Bamboo Forest, Wai’anapanapa Black Sand Beach, Venus Pools, and Red Sand Beach. Braddah Hutts is a recommended lunch spot. Just a warning, the road is windy.
Reservations are needed to see the sunrise but not the sunset.
