What should I call you?
Answer
Quick answer: our names! Grant's pronouns are they/them, and Niki's are she/they. Instead of bride or groom, please refer to us by name or as: the happy couple, the newlyweds, the betrothed, or the spouses.

What is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 17th. The hotel room block is guaranteed until August 13th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Between 4:15 and 4:30. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal-ish: Gowns, suits, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits and any gender-affirming party-wear are welcome. Wear what makes you feel like a fancy, celebratory version of yourself! Neither Grant nor Niki will be wearing a tie (so you should only wear one if you want to!) What should I know about The Woodlands?

The Hamilton Mansion at the Woodlands is located at 4000 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104. You can get to the Woodlands by car - parking at the venue is free, and rideshares or taxis should drop you off at the front of the mansion. You can also take the Trolley on lines 11, 13, 34, and 36 and get off at the 40th St Portal stop (more info here: https://iseptaphilly.com/trolley) There is plenty of parking on the paths right outside the mansion. Temperatures at this time of year range from 60's to low 80's. We're currently planning for an outdoor ceremony in the shade (weather permitting) with cocktail hour and dinner held indoors and on the patio. There is one restroom in the mansion and several more a short walk away.

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Our menu should accommodate most needs - we have vegetarian, vegan, non-dairy, and gluten free options for hors d’oeuvres and entrées. If you’re worried, send us a text and we’ll make sure you’re covered!

Can you tell me more about the Welcome Dinner?
Answer
Yes! Our Welcome Dinner will be held from 8-10pm at the Graffiti Bar behind Sampan. We'll have an open bar and a variety of tapas style passed apps - it should definitely be enough for dinner. Feel free to dress casually or in cocktail attire.
