On my first day of my new job in our daily management meeting, everyone went around the table introducing themselves and saying what their position was. When it came to Anthony, he said "Hi! I'm Anthony, I like long walks on the beach & hikes in nature." I immediately rolled my eyes while everyone around the table laughed and said "Oh boy! Here we go..!" Little did we know that's where it all began!

Anthony surprised me with a weekend getaway, turns out we went to one of my favorite places, San Luis Obispo. I was wondering if a proposal was maybe going to happen, but when we went to dinner Saturday night and Anthony was REAL jittery, and then I saw the square box in the pocket of his jeans, I knew... He planned a beautiful dinner out, and a perfectly timed walk on the beach at sunset. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I think we both blacked out. But it was beautiful, and perfect.
