When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1 so that we have an accurate guest count and can finalize plans!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please ask the bride or groom first! We have a strict guest limit with the venue and want to ensure we do not exceed it.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Please arrive by 6:30 p.m.! The earlier you arrive, the better your parking situation, so earlier arrivals are allowed if that works better for your schedule.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Because we do not have a hotel bloc, there is no transportation provided. If a lot of guests happen to be staying at the same hotel, we are happy to put you all in contact with each other to arrange rideshares to the reception. There should be no issues getting an Uber or Lyft to the venue. Additionally, the bride and groom are more than happy to make connections between guests with cars and those without to facilitate transportation - just ask!

Yes, there is parking at the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There may be a pre-reception meeting the evening of Friday August 23, an after party after the reception on Saturday August 24, and maybe even a brunch on Sunday August 25. Stay tuned!
