Smoking The Texas Hall is a non‐smoking venue. Smoking may be permitted only in designated areas. Smoking indoors incurs a charge of $50. Cigarrete butts on the lawns or parking areas will incur a removal fee of $.10 per cigarrete butt. Illegal Controlled Substances Are prohibited within the premises at all times. The Texas Hall reserve the right to terminate the event immediately when illegal controlled substances are present. No exceptions.
