The Bride and Groom have decided to have a child free wedding. While they both love your kids, they would appreciate if they stayed home for the wedding.

Is the venue and reception inside and outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be inside.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is. They may also be left there overnight if necessary ;)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30. Recommended arrival is 4:00/4:15 to ensure you have a good seat.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is. There will be a shuttle that runs every 30-minutes (ish) from the hotel to the venue and back. Uber and Lyft also come to and from the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Unfortunately, yes. The Breeder's Cup (Horse Races) has caused both the bride and groom headaches throughout the planning process.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport to the venue is Bluegrass Airport (LEX) but the flights are limited. The two other closest are Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) or Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF)
