Portland Blocks are SMALL (200'x200') and easy to walk, but you may want to rent a car if staying more then a few days.

Boise (near wedding)
Alberta District (close to airport, arts area)
Alphabet District (NW 21st -23rd area excellent for tourism)
Nob Hill (near us)
Northwest District (also near us)
Pearl District (Expensive but fancy downtown)
