I've called this girl at nearly every crisis moment, she remembers every detail of every experience I've recounted, and she has left me feeling tremendously supported with her faithful, dependable friendship. Don't be fooled by her sweet demeanor -- Cristina is also a relentless boss babe who built one of the most successful matchmaking firms in L.A., and just had her first baby on September 19th, to top it all off!

Leif and Brian have known each other since the 2nd grade. Brian's a bit of a swiss army knife, over the years he's been Leif's classmate, surf buddy, co-worker, and roommate. Brian lives in Dallas with his better half Patricia and their amazing daughter Ellie.

I have nonstop fun with this spunky firecracker of a woman! Despite coming out ahead of the pack at everything she has put her hand to and quite literally living her life in the spotlight, this chick is as genuine as they come. The fact that we have developed such a deep relationship having never lived in the same city is a testament to this. I love the way Jess and I have gotten to see each other grow and mature since we first met (our first weekend scrambling around L.A. together was nothing short of an escapade). Despite the distance, Jess has invested hours into phone calls and set aside dedicated hang time on her trips to California. She also said a deeply heartfelt prayer for me to find my person when I flew out to her wedding last year... right around the time I met Leif!

Pat and Leif met in high school, under interesting circumstances (make sure you ask Pat for the story). Pat loves a good laugh and has Tom Cruise's entire film library memorized... that's why he's Leif's Goose.

My compassionate, sweet and hilarious middle sister. Supportive and loving and *always* has her sisters' backs! Priya, whose name means "beloved," truly lives up to the term. She brings peace and gentleness to every conversation she is a part of, and her compassionate perspective on situations has made me have to grapple with my own since I was 5 years old. I'm not kidding! Our family would not have been the same had this girl not been around to bring levity and brightness. I'm flooded with countless memories of playing games and laughing with this gift of a person...

My brave and wise baby sister - grace embodied. This impressive woman is a humble, reflective philosopher extraordinaire with the most tender of servant hearts. I always feel supremely comfortable being myself with this solid rock of a person. Talking to Nalini is like talking to a thoughtful sage, one with impeccable poise and artistic panache for days. I want all her clothes, but they'd never look as good on me! I can't imagine that anyone or anything around her, from her family to her employer, is anything short of wildly grateful for her creativity, problem-solving, and graciousness.

I met Jill the year I moved back to Orange County after college, and she has been a solid fixture in my life ever since. Meeting Jill is like walking into the happiest splash of sunshine -- you can feel it radiating from her uninhibited smile. I have never met anyone so overflowing with heartfelt affirmation, with encouragement that truly makes me feel like I can do anything -- like I was meant to do anything. She's been faithfully on call when I needed a friend and always equipped me with wise words and a thoughtful prayer. Jill has a golden, one-in-a-million heart that I adore and I hope never changes.
