When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by 5/23/26 to either Kimmie or Lance. You can text, email, or call us, whichever works best for you. We can't wait to see you there!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes! We are registered through Amazon. You can find our registry on the Zola website or directly at https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/nightingale_wedding

Is the invitation for the wedding ceremony or the reception?
Answer
The invitation is for the reception! We will be getting married in a small, private ceremony, but look forward to celebrating with you at our reception at Black Hill Regional Park.

What time should I arrive at the reception?
Answer
You can arrive anytime between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM - come when you want, and stay as short or as long as you'd like!

Can I bring a date or my kids?
Answer
Due to capacity limits for the pavilion, only the names on the invitations are included in our total count. Please reach out to Kimmie or Lance if you have questions specific to this!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Nope! Dress in whatever you will be comfortable in, given that it is an outdoor space. There will be a covered pavilion option, as well as trails and playgrounds to explore if you choose.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
The food will be buffet style, and there will be vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Please ask Kimmie or Lance if you'd like to know more regarding specific ingredients or planned food items.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
No - as per Black Hill Regional Park's rules and regulations for pavilion use, alcohol is not permitted. We will have a range of non-alcoholic beverage options available for our guests!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No- there is no provided transportation, but Uber and Lyft are widely used in this area. If you need help with directions, feel free to message Lance or Kimmie.
Question
Is there parking for the reception?
Answer
Yes! Black Hill Regional Park has many free parking options. We will be located in Shelter I, and there is a parking lot associated with the shelter. If that one fills up, feel free to park in any parking lot close by (just not on the grass!).
