Morning Activity Option 1: Italian Cooking Class

Cooking class in Umbrian flavours. We will cook together in the Castello, where each of you will have the opportunity to put "your hands in the dough" and play with your culinary creativity. The menu will include pan caciato, a typical Umbrian loaf with nuts and cheese, homemade tagliatelle, a long egg pasta, and to finish, a delicious tiramisu. It will be a unique experience to discover and savor local gastronomic traditions in an authentic and convivial atmosphere.
Morning Activity Option 2: Wine Tasting in the Castello Cellar
11:00 am - 1:00 pm
The tasting involves 4/5 high-quality wines, carefully selected from small niche wineries that you are unlikely to find in any restaurant, wine shop or internet site. You will therefore have the opportunity to taste new and special wines. The tastings last about a couple of hours and you will be explained production techniques and stories about the wineries and wines being tasted. Bread and small snacks will accompany the tasting.
