Once you arrive to the resort please download the Palace Resorts App and take advantage of making reservations for restuarants, order room service, view schedules for shows, and many other features right from your phone. 

There are 11 different restaurants to enjoy at the Grand, Sunrise, and Nizuc.  Some restaurants require long pants/tailored shorts, collared, or pollo shirts. No water shoes or bare feet are allowed. No swimsuits or sleeveless shirts are allowed.

Do I have to get tested before I travel to Cancun?
As of now you do not have to get tested to go to Cancun.  However to return home yes you will have to be tested.  The resort will cover the test for the 1st 2 people in the room after that it is $19.00 a test.  

If you test positive the resort will house you on there property free of charge.  You will not be allowed to leave the room, but the upside is all the rooms have beautiful balconies or patios.
