Kindly RSVP by June 1
We have a room block at Gateway Inn, please see the travel page for the link to book your room. For alternative options check out: Airbnb, VRBO, Grand Lake Lodge, Spirit Lake Lodge, and Western Rivera. We encourage guests to stay wherever is most comfortable for them but please book accommodations as soon as possible. There is an event in town during wedding weekend, so delaying reservations may limit your options.
We’d love for our family and friends to get dressed up with us, so we kindly ask that guests wear black tie optional attire. Gentlemen may wear tuxedos or suits with a tie, and ladies are invited to wear long elegant dresses, feel free to lean into color as it's peak-summer! As the ceremony will be outdoors, please be mindful of the weather - warm during the day with cooler temperatures after sunset. We suggest women bring a light layer for the evening.
Yes, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Strawberry Creek Ranch in Granby, CO. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly.
Yes, there is a lot of space to park on-site if you'd prefer to drive yourself to and from the venue. The ranch should easily come up in maps but if not, the address i: 2690 Co Rd 60, Granby, CO 80446
Yes, transportation will be available for guests, with pick-up and drop-off at the Gateway Inn. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to receive a spot on the shuttle. Specific shuttle times will be shared closer to the wedding date to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for everyone. Please note, Uber and Lyft do not service Granby or Grand Lake, CO.
If not utilizing our transportation, please plan to arrive to SCR by 3:15 pm to ensure you have plenty of time to park, find a seat, and settle in.
Western attire blends classic cowboy style with a polished, event-ready feel. Think “elevated ranch” rather than full rodeo. It should feel intentional, stylish, and slightly dressy while still nodding to Western roots. At the end of the day, we welcome your interpretation - no one will be too dressed up or too casual! If helpful we've put together a pinterest board: https://pin.it/3QYSTqcZu
A little preparation goes a long way in helping you feel your best. We recommend starting to hydrate a few days before your trip and to drink plenty of water once you arrive. It’s also helpful to pack electrolyte packets and sunscreen, as sun exposure is stronger at altitude. Be sure to bring any medications you typically use for headaches or hydration. Once you’re here, take it easy on your first day and try to avoid intense workouts or long hikes so your body has time to adjust.
While we would love to include everyone, only individuals who received a plus one on their invitation may bring a guest. To confirm, click on RSVP and enter your name to double check.
While we adore your children, we respectfully request our wedding be an adults-only celebration. If you are traveling with children, feel free to bring them to the welcome party and/or boat day.
