What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM. (September is a popular time in Salem, which means a bit more traffic. We recommend planning ahead and leaving a little extra time for travel.)

We absolutely adore your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. Enjoy a date night on us! (Service animals are more than welcome—especially those in a dapper bow tie)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The Hawthorne Hotel provides first-come, first-served parking for both wedding and hotel guests, with one lot located directly behind the hotel and another across the street. Street parking is available nearby, particularly around the Salem Common, which is next to the hotel. (Check posted signage) The closest parking garage is the Museum Place Garage, just 0.1 miles away (approximately a 3-minute walk).
