Due to capacity limitations, only the guests whose names are specifically listed on the invitation are invited.
Drinks will be provided during cocktail hour, and after that we will serve a cash bar with limited beer and wine options.
Black-Tie Optional is described as, "guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but can also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead." The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm sharp. For those driving, there is a large parking lot onsite to park at. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find your seat (there is a walking path to the ceremony location). Once the ceremony starts, you will be unable to enter.
Yes! The Royal Club will allow you to leave your car overnight if needed. The venue kindly asks that you leave your car in the back half of the lot and be picked up by 11:00am Sunday. Thanks!
We have a strict July 1 RSVP deadline. Any guests that do not RSVP will be counted as 'not attending' and the seat will be revoked. We recommend submitting your RSVP online as soon as you know whether you can attend or not. Thank you for understanding, we hope to see you there!
A shuttle will be provided for guests to and from the parking lot of the hotel block (look for a school bus!) for the welcome party and wedding. Please see below for the weekend schedule: Friday (depart from the hotel to the welcome party) - 6:00pm sharp Friday (depart the welcome party back to the hotel) - 9:45pm sharp Saturday (depart from the hotel to the wedding) - 3:15pm sharp Saturday (depart from the wedding to the hotel) - 11:15pm & 12:15am
