Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors. For dinner, we will be under a tent with heating and will be providing blankets as well if it gets chilly.
Yes! We will be providing shuttle transportation to and from Trail Creek Ranch for our ceremony. We kindly ask guests not to drive themselves, as Grand Teton National Park requires parking permits. Please be ready to go at Trail Creek Ranch by 12:00pm MST, as the shuttle will be leaving promptly.
The shuttle ride to the ceremony site will be approximately 45 minutes each way, so please plan accordingly. The ceremony and photos will take about one hour, making the total outing around 2.5 to 3 hours. There will be no bathrooms available during this time, so please plan ahead! We also recommend eating a hearty breakfast and/or packing light snacks for the shuttle ride, as dinner will be served closer to 5:00pm.
