Our best recommendation would be to visit one of California's most spectacular national parks, Yosemite National Park! The lodge is located 11 miles from the Big Oak Flat (North) entrance of the park. Come spring time, the waterfalls will be a sight to behold. There are many options whether you prefer taking it slow and taking a stroll, or challenging yourself to multi-hour/day hike.
